Toronto, Ontario, March 19th, 2015. Axcelon Biopolymers Corp. (ABC) announced today that its majority owned
subsidiary, Axcelon Dermacare Inc. (ADI) has entered into an exclusive Canadian distribution agreement with The
Stevens Company for NANODERM™, a novel, one‐time dressing application in wound care.
NANODERM™ is a unique bacterial nanocellulose product indicated for a variety of wound treatments including
burns, dermabrasions as well as acute and chronic wounds. In most cases, it is a one‐time dressing application as

NANODERM™, to play a crucial role in the cost effective treatment of chronic wounds which are a huge economic
burden to the healthcare system in Canada”, he added. NANODERM™, has been registered with Health Canada
as a Class II medical device, and is manufactured under license from ADI by ZBX Corporation of Toronto under ISO
13485 QMS. “We are very pleased to have NANODERM™, in our portfolio of wound care products as we believe it represents a
break‐through technology for treatment of chronic ulcers, including diabetic foot ulcers, and second degree
